The Key Adds a Brand New Station-WRTK in Paxton, IL!

A great dream has come to fruition, as 90.5 The Key reaches another milestone!

It’s my pleasure to announce that our brand-new station, WRTK-FM, will begin simulcasting “Powerful Positive Radio” in east-central Illinois on Monday, May 14 at 9 p.m. Central Time.

The station is located in Paxton, Illinois, a community of about 4,500 people, north of the cities of Rantoul, Champaign, and Urbana. The signal covers a diameter of roughly 28 miles, with a potential to reach two urban areas and a respectable flow of commuter traffic along the Interstate 57 corridor.
